Tangible products
We truly believe you will be happy with our products. Our goal in creating our website has been to accurately picture and describe our products, in the utmost good faith, so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. If, however, you are not satisfied, you may return them in their original condition and packaging, post marked within 7 business days, and we will refund your credit card, less a 25% restocking fee. You, however, are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, orders over $500.00 are non-refundable due to manufacturing expenses. - What if you are out of stock of a particular item?
We understand how important your product and its timely delivery is to you. However, there may be occasion when a particular product is out of stock. In this event, we will mark it out of stock on your invoice and/or send you what is available, or if the product is available soon, we will inform you of your shipping schedule for the backorder. On some occasions, comparable items may be substituted. In the case of PayPal orders, we will mark items out of stock on your invoice and/or send you what is available, or if the product is available soon, we will inform you of your shipping schedule for the backorder or refund your PayPal account for merchandise not available. Additionally, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

- Are your instructional downloads guaranteed to work?
Our instructional manual is the result of hundreds of hours of research, testing and development. We believe that the manual will benefit the Metaza operators who are unhappy with the output of their images. We, however, cannot guarantee that your results will be identical to ours, due to the multitude of variables present in an enterprise as complex as metal engraving. We, however, can guarantee that the methods used in our instructional manuals, have produced amazingly detailed pendants and, are the exact methods we ourselves use or have used, in our numerous successful retail locations, throughout Florida.

- Why are your instructional downloads so expensive?
I occasionally hear someone say, "Your instructional materials are expensive." (The Insiders Secret’s to Image Preparation- Photoshop Image Enhancing Techniques as they Apply to Metal Engraving & The Insiders Secret’s to Driver Output Preparation-Essential Elements to Configuring the MPX Output Software cost $49.99 each in the U.S. All of our downloads are complete learning products. I nod my head and reply, "Yes they are...especially when compared to entertainment books." And then silently I say to myself, "But my instructional downloads are not as expensive as ruined pendants, wasted time, lost customers and that stressful moment when you open your Metaza engraver, only to be disappointed by that lack luster image engraved onto your pendant.

- Do you charge Sales Tax?
If you are a Florida based business, we must add 7% Sales Tax to your order. You can become exempt from this sales tax by FAXING us your Florida Resale Certificate to 904-783-9311. All other states are not charged this 7% Florida sales tax.

- What is your Shipping Policy?
SHIPPING POLICY:
Please note that you are accepting this policy in its entirety by placing an order with Pendabryte Metal, Inc.
Our products are shipped "Freight on Board Origin", Jacksonville, FL. This means that title passes at origin, and buyer has total responsibility over the goods while in shipment. Buyer takes ownership(title and control) of the goods at the origin and is responsible for transportation of the goods beyond this point. The buyer files insurance claims (if any). That is, we guarantee that packages sent to domestic/international destinations are put on board the shipping transit service. From there, however, we are not able to take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you.
The buyer is encouraged to arrange for their own delivery using their preferred carrier, if at all possible. Since, many customers find it inconvenient to arrange for their own shipping, we as a courtesy to you, will assist you in finding a shipping service by presenting various shipping options through our website and assist you in any way possible. In exchange for this courtesy, buyer agrees to hold harmless Pendabryte Metal, Inc., for any processing errors that may occur while preparing your shipment for delivery. Once we receive your order, on occasion, it can take up to and/or around 5-7 business days to ship your order depending on whether we are between replenishment of our stocks on hand.
On international shipments, Pendabryte Metal, Inc. is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT or customs clearance processing/brokerage fees incurred in the destination country. We do not maintain or provide information concerning the assessment of customs duty in other countries, and customers should therefore obtain information from their local customs authorities before ordering. The duties, taxes, and fee, if applicable, are not included in the postage paid by you, and must be paid by buyer directly. More information regarding mail services from the United States to foreign countries can be found in the International Mail Manual for USPS shipments.
*INSURANCE:
On international shipments, Special Drawing Rights or SDR value is used to calculate package reimbursement claims. SDRs are defined in terms of a basket of major currencies used in international trade and finance. At the time of this writing, claims are reimbursed at 0.6320 per $1 USD, but are subject to change. For example, a claim filed for a package insured for $200 USD would only be reimbursed $126.40 USD. Additionally, shipments are reimbursed per any USPS criteria and regulations, less shipping costs. We are not responsible for any shortages to your claim. Important: We highly recommend that you check the International Mail Manual for the maximum coverage extended to you by specific country. Each country has dollar limits placed on claims and you are only afforded reimbursement based on those limits. Please see the International Mail Manual for any limitations to USPS shipments.
Domestic shipments are reimbursed per the USPS regulations, less shipping costs. We are not responsible for any shortages to your claim.
MISSING SHIPMENTS/FAILED DELIVERY:
According to the USPS, international shipments have a delivery failure of only 1%, with 92% of packages being delivered on-time. Regrettably, international shipments have to pass through customs checkpoints that sometimes delay delivery of your order for days and sometimes even weeks. Please know that neither Pendabryte Metal, Inc., nor USPS - or any other postal service - is responsible for local customs procedures and processes, and therefore cannot be held responsible for delays.
If a shipment should not be delivered within 30 days of its shipping date, you must notify us and, we will help you file an inquiry with the carrier's Claims and Inquiries Department on your behalf. After 30 days, we will consider the product delivered and the matter closed. Responses from the Claims and Inquiries Department take at least 60 days to process as they have to trace the entire chain of delivery from country-to-country, and post office-to-post office. Therefore, if your shipment should go missing, it can take as much as 6-12 months to clear the matter up.
