When you press Print, does the print head move a bit forward as if to go into the printing position, stops, then goes back? And then it doesn’t actually lower to engrave, but just goes forward and back? If so, the cause may be a recent Windows 10 update. If you rollback your software update (hurry you only have 10 days) chances are your engraver will work again. Hopefully in the meantime Roland will come up with a patch, or else Microsoft will adjust something on their end.
