If you already have a regular account, you’ll need to register a new Special Order account with a different email. Visit our Register page and select the Special Order account option. This will give you access to an approximately 20 % discount, not available to the Default customer, taken at the Checkout screen. Additionally, you'll receive an extra 5% discount by paying with bank wire or mail-in check. This additional discount will be visible in the final checkout screen as well.

This is temporary; we're currently taking a loss. We're restructuring our product line, which means you might see some products on temporary, one-time, Clearance specials. Once these items are liquidated, they'll be moved to the Special Order Catalog so that you may still have access to them.

Since a Special Order entails a special request, machinery and personnel must be activated, which isn't part of our usual schedule, incurring additional expenses. Hence, special order items are subject to a $1000 USD minimum order.
