Although we aim to provide a diverse selection of products, limitations in space prevent us from stocking every single item. Through our Special Order Program, you now have the opportunity to access an even wider range of products that may not always be available in our standard inventory.

If your regularly stocked product is slated for discontinuation and is on our Clearance list dont worry; that inventory still will be available through this Special Order Program. This is temporary; we're currently taking a loss. We're restructuring our product line, which means you might see some products on temporary, one-time, Clearance specials. Once these items are liquidated, they'll be moved to the Special Order Catalog so that you may still have access to them.

Did you know that registered Special Order customers will receive exclusive treatment with a favorable discount. And on top of that, there will be another discount for customers who pay by check or wire transfer.

If you already have a regular account, you’ll need to register a new Special Order account with a different email. Visit our Register page and select the Special Order account option. This will give you access to our discounted prices which are not visible to Default customer. Additionally, you'll receive an extra 5% discount on top of the discounted prices by paying with bank wire or mail-in check. This additional discount will be visible in the final checkout screen.

Since a Special Order entails a special request, machinery and personnel must be activated, which isn't part of our usual schedule, incurring additional expenses. Hence, special order items are subject to a $1000 USD minimum order.
